We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Counsellor to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Counsellor at Elegance, you will provide support and guidance to clients navigating their wellness journeys. Your role will involve helping clients understand their emotional and psychological needs related to aesthetic treatments and overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to support clients’ emotional health.
- Assist clients in setting personal goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Provide psychoeducation on topics such as body image, self-esteem, and stress management.
- Collaborate with our medical team to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each client.
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Stay informed on trends in wellness, aesthetics, and mental health.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid registration with a recognized professional association in BC.
- Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and client-centered approach to counselling.
