We are looking for an experienced freelance Installation Manager to join our team. Reporting to Creative Director, an Installation and Build Manager is a builder and creator who can dive in, get their hands dirty, and lead a build and installation plan as well as support its execution. This role will help to lead the installation plan and the build team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure installation pieces are set up in accordance with the vision and design of the event
- Work with the Vision Director for any adjustments or modifications to ensure a successful installation
- Manage a team of installers and provide feedback/instruction as needed
- Coordinate logistics around the installation setup (transportation, supplies, etc.)
- Has access to and can operate power tools
- Manage guests, vendors and volunteers
- Lifting inventory up to 70LB will be required
- Ensure any safety regulations and guidelines are being followed while construction/assembly is taking place
- Leads setup and tear down of installation pieces

Start date will be July 1.

We can arrange for a flexible schedule - weekday evenings and weekends are ideal. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with general labour experience who might work a full-time gig elsewhere to dive into something creative and make a side income from a really fun event.

Part-time hours: 10 per week
