Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains working relationships with existing and new employees, maintaining an ongoing understanding of the company staffing needs.
- Maintains records including details of specific sites / locations and vacancies to be filled.
- Assists with talent acquisition including drafting and publishing job announcements and openings.
- Develops and maintains a database of potential job applicants; interviews potential job applicants to gather information about educational background, interests, abilities, work experience, and job preferences.
- Identifies qualified applicants who match specific openings; and maintains ongoing communication with them to ensure all sites are staffed in an adequate amount of time.
- Greet and welcome staff every morning at 6:30am to ensure all dispatch and manifest paperwork is complete.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of kitchen or catering experience in remote camp accommodations is preferred
- Culinary or Business Administration Diploma is an asset
- High attention to detail and organization
