- Totally Raw is currently looking to hire a Full-Time retail sales associate to work in our retail locations in Halifax/Dartmouth.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Customer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets.
- Process purchases, payments, and returns.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Represent Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service
- Available evenings and weekends

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or related customer-facing experience required
- Team player who can solve problems and address customers’ questions & concerns.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, e.g., POS
- Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry are an asset
- Applicants should have reliable transportation.

**COVID-19 considerations**:
To keep cashiers safe, we require that customers and staff wear masks. Masks and gloves are provided to staff.
