Must have ADP integration with Workday:

- 5 + years of experience as BSA
- Business systems analyst with strong experience in the HR domain
- Good to have ADP experience - especially ADP iHCM
- Good to have Workday functional/Integration experience.
- Deliver well-organized data analysis through reporting, dashboards, generate insight and recommend strategies considering the HR business processes
- Analyze and document various operations and processes and analyze how the business processes integrate with technology
- Analyze how to Improve business processes, products, services as well as software systems
- Manage assignments with creative and lasting solutions for organizational need
- Manage effective communication, conduct/ Run Meetings with Stakeholders
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
