La Commission des alcools et des jeux de l’Ontario (CAJO) est un organisme de réglementation qui relève du ministère du Procureur général. La CAJO est chargée de réglementer les secteurs de l’alcool, des jeux, des courses de chevaux et de la vente au détail privée de cannabis en Ontario, conformément aux principes d’honnêteté et d’intégrité, et dans l’intérêt du public.

La Direction des finances et de l’administration est à la recherche d’un analyste financier pour joindre son équipe. Relevant du chef des finances, l’analyste financier jouera un rôle clé en fournissant des rapports et des rapprochements précis et opportuns liés à la gestion et aux prévisions des recettes et des dépenses, à l’affectation des ressources et aux questions de planification pour la CAJO.
- Préparer des rapports financiers précis et opportuns, des documents et des présentations pour l’identification proactive et la résolution des problèmes et l’amélioration globale du contrôle financier.
- Aider à la préparation des estimations budgétaires, des affectations, des calendriers, des tableaux et des rapports, ainsi que des prévisions annuelles et pluriannuelles.
- Préparer les réponses aux demandes des auditeurs internes et externes et gérer la documentation d’audit.
- Administrer et maintenir l’intégrité des comptes de la CAJO, y compris la préparation des journaux intraministériels et des journaux de rétrofacturation (recouvrements) afin d’assurer un contrôle fiscal et un flux de trésorerie adéquats.
- Préparer les prévisions mensuelles de dépenses et de capital, ainsi que les recouvrements correspondants pour se prémunir contre les dépassements de budget.
- Effectuer diverses analyses financières approfondies, afin de faciliter la prise de décision en connaissance de cause.
- Veiller à ce que les documents financiers soient envoyés en temps opportun à des fins d’archivage, conformément aux calendriers d’archivage.
- Soutenir les fonctions de comptabilité, de contrôle et d’administration de la Direction des finances et de l’administration, ainsi que l’amélioration continue de tous les processus opérationnels; assurer la liaison avec les partenaires et les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Un titre comptable CPA ou équivalent (ou en cours d’obtention), associé à une baccalauréat ou une maîtrise en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une expérience des principes comptables, de la budgétisation, de l’analyse et des rapports financiers, des prévisions et de la planification d’entreprise.
- La capacité avérée à déceler les tendances financières, à enquêter sur les erreurs, les omissions et les écarts financiers et à recommander des solutions.
- La capacité à hiérarchiser une variété de tâches concurrentes dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Des compétences analytiques permettant de compiler et d’analyser des données provenant de diverses sources et de préparer des rapports et des résumés.
- D’excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, avec la capacité de travailler en collaboration et de partager des informations entre les différents services de l’organisation en vue d’obtenir des résultats communs.
- Une expérience de l’utilisation de la suite de programmes MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) à un niveau intermédiaire ou avancé.
- La connaissance et l’expérience des principes comptables, de la budgétisation, des prévisions, de l’analyse financière, de l’établissement de rapports et du processus de fin de mois dans un système de planification des ressources de l’entreprise.
