**About us**

Kings Wood Products is a Pallet & Crate manufacturing company established in 1970. Our products include pallets, crates, reels & custom export packaging.

Our regular working hours are from 6:30am until 3:30pm Monday to Thursday & 6:30am to 12:30pm on Fridays.

We are looking for a part time driver to work approximately 8-hour days in a flexible range of 5am-5pm 2-3 days a week.

Full time hours could be offered if willing to split time between driving & working on the shop floor.

Local routes only Approx 100km radius around Paris area.

Well maintained newer (4 years) automatic transmission trucks.

Skills, Knowledge and Ability Required:

- Valid Class AZ driver’s license
- Ability to supply a CVOR & Driver’s Abstract
- Communication skills with English fluency both written & verbal
- Knowledge of applicable local truck driving rules & regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with both flatbeds & vans
- Willing & able to strap loads as needed

Responsibilities Include:

- Transporting 52' vans/53' flatbeds safely & professionally to deliver product over urban, short inter-urban & rural routes
- Conducting routine pre/post-trip truck inspections & maintaining accurate vehicle inspection reports
- Performing delivery verification (Product type/Qty) at the customer location & maintaining organized customer invoices
- Shunting storage trailers around property when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
