**About Us**

SLG Capital is a fast paced and rapidly growing real estate investment company looking to hire a Dispositions Manager. SLG Capital focuses on enhancing local neighbourhoods through the acquisition and renovation of distressed residential properties throughout Southern Ontario. Our team has been investing in real estate since 2014. We purchase properties directly from homeowners who are looking for an alternative route to selling their house, rather than the traditional realtor route. SLG Capital purchases these properties to flip, hold in our rental portfolio or sell to other investors.

**About YOU**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Salary + Commission, Permanent

**Schedule**: Flexible, including nights and weekends. Ability to set own schedule and partially work from home. Required to drive to customer homes throughout Southern Ontario.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Market properties to our network of investors
- Qualify and show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate the sale of properties
- Nurture relationships with existing buyers
- Coordinate with members of the team to ensure a smooth transaction process for each property

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Own a vehicle and willing to drive throughout Southern Ontario
- Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Sales or customer service experience
- Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, initiative and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team player
- Fundamental real estate knowledge and/or real estate license is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
