**Position Details**

Xperigo is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Technology & Innovation team.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Technical Design Specifications**
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for Agile/Lean, Waterfall, & Hybrid projects
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordination of testing activities
- Design, development, and execution of automation scripts using tools
- Identification, recording and thorough documentation and tracking of bugs

**Test Case Documentation and Creation**
- Produce and execute test plans and test cases to meet functional requirements
- Identify and log bug reports and manage through to resolution by working with appropriate development resources
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, solution architects, and project managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Devise sampling procedures and direction for recording and reporting quality data

**Other Business Requirements**
- Collaborate to complete tasks and deliver projects, ensuring timely and efficient deployments
- Build strong relationships local site staff, acting as primary support and technical liaison for that site
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvements throughout the organization

**QA Process Definition**
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Sets quality assurance technology strategy and direction on projects; partners with business stakeholders and influences overall strategy and use of testing capabilities
- Prepares and presents project/program-level Testing phase communications for executives and stakeholders
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or in a related field
- At least 2-3+ years of experience working in the technology industry
- Experience working on a complex quality assurance teams as part of a large multi-year, business-critical technology program
- Strong knowledge of Software Development lifecycle, Application Lifecycle Maintenance, QA methodologies, Testing & Test automation tools, and processes
- Thorough knowledge of Agile software delivery models (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
- Good understanding of Data management, Data migration, Big Data APIs, Web-based & Legacy Application development technologies
