Yard Tractor

Reports To: Team Manager

This position is for **straight evenings, 2:45PM-1:00AM, Monday-Thursday**

Job Summary:
Tractor Driver is required to utilize the tractor equipped to move product around a manufacturing plant, storage yard, or similar location. The Tractor Driver will also be required to work on the pad, building bean ladders, skids, and other projects as assigned.

Job Duties:

- Operate yard tractor
- Manually load and unload product
- Complete inspection sheets.
- Follow all workplace safety policies, and compliance regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on tractor and auxiliary equipment

**Requirements**:

- Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s license required.
- Experience operating tractors or large equipment.
- Experience with routine maintenance operations
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times in a diverse working environment
- Professional appearance and manners
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Work Conditions:

- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
- Manual dexterity required to operate forklift equipment and peripherals
- Exposed to outdoor weather conditions year round
- Overtime as required
