Based in Ville St-Laurent, Québec, the buyer - intern will report to the director of the Supply and Logistics Management Department. The buyer - intern will work jointly with the team members and in direct contact with the Production and Engineering departments to meet deadlines.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Place equipment orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Reconcile disputed invoices based on purchase orders.
- Track complaints and non-compliances.
- Maintain business relationships with the suppliers
- Produce the necessary reports for the evaluation of suppliers.
- See to the replacement of defective products.
- Any other related tasks related to these responsibilities.

**Your background**:

- DCS in administration or bachelor in administration in progress.
- Knowledge of procurement an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of computers (MS Office Suite).
- Bilingualism (French and English) essential.
- Demonstrate initiative, discipline, and meticulousness.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
