Escape From The 6 is a real life room escape experience located in Mississauga, Ontario. We create multiple immersive rooms and themes that challenge players by testing their teamwork, problem solving and observational skills.

**Expanding Our Team**

We are looking for a passionate, confident leader, with a big personality to join our team. Experience with customer service is an asset.The Game Master is responsible for ensuring an unforgettable experience, that is fun and exciting for all of our customers. **In addition to your resume, we require a short video telling us a little about yourself and why you want to work for an escape room/Escape From The 6.**

**Legendary Game Master Role and Responsibilities**:

- Checks in and provide a warm welcome to guests as they arrive
- Ability to host larger events such as birthday parties or corporate events
- Provide an enthusiastic introduction to escape room rules, themes, background stories
- Monitors game room progress, provide hints if necessary and debriefs groups
- Resetting of the Escape Games
- Ensuring all props in the game area are in working order
- General cleaning of lobby, game master room, game rooms, and washrooms. (Entire facility)
- Basic opening and closing procedures. Once comfortable in your role, all game masters will be able to open and close the store. (Openers may be alone for an hour before the next game master/supervisor/manager arrives.)

**Qualifications**:

- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Management experience is an asset as this role could lead to a supervisor/Manager position with experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to work as a team
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask
- Creative (loves puzzles, gaming etc.)
- Comfortable dealing with and speaking in front of large groups
- Comfortable working with children and families
- A self-starter who can problem solve on the fly
- Must be able to work mostly evenings and weekends (mainly closing shifts)
- Must be able to work on Holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
