Langford, Canada Nesma Construction Inc. Full time

Nesma Construction is looking for a Civil Construction Labourer to join our team on Vancouver Island. As a Civil Construction Laborer, you will play an essential role in supporting various tasks on our construction sites, including excavation, site preparation, and material handling. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with site preparation, excavation, trenching, and backfilling activities.
- Handle, load, and transport construction materials and tools across the site as needed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools and assist equipment operators in site activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in the installation of pipes, structures, and other materials as directed.
- Work collaboratively with foremen, operators, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning and organizing materials, removing debris, and preparing the site for upcoming phases.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
