Kitchener, Canada MWS Solutions Inc. Full time

**DUTIES**:

- Must be able to work flexible hours. Your Day will start at 6AM and could vary based on business and customer needs.
- Some heavy lifting is required.
- You will drive the tractor trailer to jobsites where you will be required to load/unload the tools and equipment.
- Overtime may be required during the week/weekend.
- Always maintain a professional manner and comply with all requirements of the MWS Vehicle Policy including all requirements under the MWS CVOR Certificate.
- Complete all paperwork as required.
- Complete thorough pre
- and post-trip inspections at the start and end of each shift.
- Perform inspections of mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment of tractor trailer unit before, during, and after trips, including gauges, lighting and electrical systems, and visual checks of potential water, oil, fuel, and air leaks
- Connect and disconnect semi-trailer hoses.
- Completing all applicable paperwork. Maintain up-to-date Driver Log throughout the day.
- Responsible for communicating with Supervisor.
- Observe and comply with rules and regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and the Highway Traffic Act
- Deliver a wide variety of construction material and equipment including structural steel, piping, forklifts, and job boxes and other heavy equipment as required.
- When not driving, you will work in the Tool Crib and perform the following duties:

- Inspecting and putting away tools. Staging tools and equipment for delivery and bringing in tools that have been returned.
- All other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record and minimum 3 years driving with AZ License.
- Clean driver’s abstract and able to meet all requirements of the CVOR Certificate
- Have held a valid forklift license in the past or are currently a licensed forklift operator
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus.
- Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with customers and MWS on-site team members effectively.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Good attitude and work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading of cargo and long hours of driving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
