**What does a day in the life as a Procurement Specialist look like?**:
- Handle logistics for Payments and FitMetrix hardware fulfillment
- Reverse logistics/order inquiries for Payments and FitMetrix hardware
- Monitor the hardware out of stock Slack channel
- Coupa supplier onboarding internal and external support
- Enter Purchase Requisitions in Coupa
- Facilitate eSignatures on all agreements
- Upload executed documents to DocuSign CLM and Productiv
- Monitor ServiceNow for Procurement tickets
- Monitor Procurement Intake Forms in CoupaAdditional duties as assigned
**What are the required qualifications for a Procurement Specialist?**:
- Experience with procurement, renewal or contract management, back-office work, or any similar work.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain management tools such as Coupa or other similar tools.
- Experience in using CRMs such as Salesforce, Netsuite or other similar tools.
- Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
