**Start Date**:Mid-September to end of June (Closed for all school holidays and no week end work)

**Status**:Part time

**Schedule**: Monday-Thursday, 8 or 9 am start - 1 or 2 PM

**Wage**:$17.30/hr + Non Taxable Mileage allowance + Free lunches for your Children

**Location**:Stoney Pointe

**Job Summary**

A Lunch Aid packages lunches according to recipes and production specifications at the Stoney Pointe facility. They will deliver lunches to schools and distribute lunches to classrooms. This job starts in Stoney Pointe and then ends at your designated school.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards and use of proper equipment.
- Ensure proper presentation, food quality and portion control.
- Handle food items appropriately and with all safety regulations in mind during preparation.
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
- Consistently exhibiting a friendly and positive attitude with School Administration, Parents and Children.
- Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Distribute meals to classrooms at schools and sanitize bins after delivery.

- Drivers License and a clean reliable vehicle
- Reliability and ability to work flexible hours (no weekends or after school hours).
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with initiative and with mínimal supervision.
- Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Must provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check
- Be able to lift up to 15 lbs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.60 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
