Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project requirements based on visual, story and technical perspectives
- Manage a technical team, such as gaffer, grip and camera crew to ensure every scene is captured as planned.
- Reviews footage shot for each shooting day to ensure good quality and coverage
- Ensure lighting, sound, and camera equipment are set up correctly for each shoot
- Manage post-production processes including color correction
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video quality
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Cinematographer/DOP for a narrative content such as film and series.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and creative mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
