**About the Position**:
This is a in office position that will require technical aptitude, communications skills, being someone that gets excited about complex technical problems, and bringing new features to life quickly to assist with new projects.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
As an IT Technician, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Image, provision, and support office technology such as our desktop/laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, routers etc.
- Manage IT vendors which includes Phone, Internet etc.
- Manage our Microsoft 365 and Azure in the cloud, must know Microsoft Cloud technology.
- Knowledge of network and cloud security, building networks
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11 imaging, security, group policies
- Understanding of mobile device management, especially Intune
- Provide support in setting up and managing VPN.
- Managing employee technology in multiple offices across the world
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Combination of Degree and Experience: College degree with 7+ years or Univ. with 5+ years exp required.
- Demonstrated experience in PostgreSQL, Linux, Azure, PowerShell scripting, Windows Scripting, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
