**Description**

TheAssistantProject Control Specialistwillassistin the development, implementation, andmaintenance of acostand schedulemanagement reporting data warehouse to produce valuable program & project controls reports and data (multi-Layer reporting to support the Broadband program needs).TheAssistantProject Control Specialistwillwork closely withtheIntermediate and SeniorProject ControlSpecialiststo achievethe successful completion of projectand programreporting milestoneswhilemaintaininga professional and satisfactory relationship withinternal staff,the Client, the ISP(s), subcontractors, regulatoryagencies,and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilitieswill include:

- Perform project planning and scheduling tasks (Including reaching out to the PMs collecting projects and construction vendors related data).
- Coordinate project schedules,assistwith the development of scheduling reports.
- Support the project set-up (under P6) process.
- Review data;maintainlogs; and run reports in the P6.
- Validate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and related coding.
- Perform budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts assignments.
- Assistwith upstream (ISP or other) / downstream (EPC Vendors) change orders.
- Document changes to cost reports or forecasts.
- Support the development and sustain project/programscash flow process.
- Assistwith the development of Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules.
- Complete schedules and roadmaps (under standard tools i.e., VISIO).
- Perform resource loading of a schedule (Asrequired).
- Develop an earned value tracking document (Asrequired).
- Integrate data from one project/ISP portfolio to another.
- Administrate & support the Risk Management process (Projects/Program).
- Assistthe reporting effort (meeting administration, data validation, coordination).
- Assistquality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.
- Support the Risk Management process (Assist with Workshops, reporting).
- Other relateddutiesas the needsareidentified.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering,Applied Science, or accredited program.
- Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including data management).
- Planning experience (working with PMs, follow ups, updates, changes, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- May be required to obtain clearance and pass training.
- Willingness to accept occasional field assignments (if required).
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
