**Shift**: 8:00 pm - 2:30 am 6. 5 hours
**Part time 12 - 15 hours per week**

As a building cleaner, you will be required to work independently at your shift and clock in/out. You will be required to fulfill the key responsibilities to sustain contractual obligations within an allotted time frame. You will be provided access to our company platforms for direct communication with management, fellow staff members and a checklist for 24/7 support and mentorship.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Regular duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Scheduled building and floor maintenance.
- Sweep, mop, autoscrub & polish floors
- Light duty cleaning through facility such as open desk areas, meet rooms and boardrooms where applicable.
- Dust furniture, all horizontal fixtures including picture frames, emergency lighting, exit signs, etc. when applicable.
- Spot clean storage and filing cabinets when applicable.
- Vacuum carpet and deodorize
- Clean & disinfect bathrooms
- Stock supply areas
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances where applicable
- Clean, disinfect public areas such as reception areas, lunchrooms, stairwells, elevators, meeting rooms and showers where applicable.
- Pick up debris and empty trash, organics, recyclables and cardboard.
- Wash interior windows, walls, baseboards, frames & partitions
- Remove gum and scrape stickers and other build up throughout facility
- Report lost and found items
- Report any complaints from clients
- Provide general feedback about the site
- Providing inventory and requesting chemicals/supplies.
- Ensuring safety measures are adhered to, and immediately reporting deficiencies or infractions.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of team processes and nightly expectations.
- Other duties, as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Experience is an asset. -On the job training provided - Ability to work with little to no supervision; and Must have reliable transportation - by bus or own a vehicle. - Must be able to provide a criminal record check. - Must be able to lift 50lbs Soft skills: - Possessing strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Willing to take initiative. - Use of judgment - Ability to multi-task - Goal-oriented - Strong leadership and people skills - No formal education required
