**Plant Manager**
- Reports to the VP Operations
- Manage Shift Leads/Supervisors, Process Manager and Maintenance Manager
- Manage/Lead the support resources of Maintenance Team and Parts Purchasing
- Collaborate with other sites to leverage skills/knowledge. This includes taking the lead on some initiatives

**Specific Requirements**
- Overall responsible for safety. Co-chair the JH&S Committee for the site
- Responsible for site building maintenance and grounds
- Responsible for all aspects of Manufacturing
- Responsible for safety, quality and effectiveness of the warehouse team
- Overall responsible for product quality and compliance to food safety standards
- Lead the preventative maintenance program
- Provide leadership, working closely with the Process Manager and teams to:
1) Develop the teams to their full potential and provide opportunities for high potential individuals

2) Ensure tight controls on materials (product weights, scrapping, rework). Ensure labour controls to staff production lines as per established standards. Oversee, support and lead programs to improve production efficiencies - Key Metric is OEE2, target to achieve 80+%
- Work with scheduling to achieve 100% schedule attainment.
- Work with Logistics/Warehousing to ensure supply BOM’s
- Lead warehousing to ensure efficient movement of goods to/from production and to ensure overall safe workplace

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
