**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare composite materials following precise specifications and instructions
- Operate a variety of equipment such as autoclaves, ovens, and molds
- Conduct thorough inspections of composite parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Analyze project requirements and select appropriate composite materials
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize composite structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety regulations
- Monitor and troubleshoot any equipment or process issues to minimize downtime

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications and training preferred
- Proven experience as a Composite Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of composite materials, processes, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Hands-on experience operating autoclaves, ovens, and other composite manufacturing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
