Facility Assistant/driver

The Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the site on a day-to-day basis for Koch Fuel Products. They will be required to complete all necessary documentation to comply with Koch Fuel Safety standards. In addition, the loading, transportation, and delivery of 45 gallon drums will be required on a regular basis. There are also seasonal deliveries of agricultural equipment to farms. The Facility Assistant will need to have strong time management skills to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed. Training will be provided for all critical tasks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Facility Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Responsible for the external image of the site
- Commitment to a positive attitude in Customer Service with maintaining the cleanliness of the site
- Receive and follow oral or written orders from the Site Manager
- Clean and maintain fuel pumps, card lock, and site office
- Adjust to daily cleanliness or maintenance needs of the site (ie: snow removal, sanding, etc.)
- Perform all duties outlined in the daily, weekly and monthly inspections
- Safely load/unload trucks using drum cart
- Safely deliver drums of oil and other products to oilfield locations
- Customer service
- Basic computer skills required for data entry
- Pre and post-trip and weekly inspection of delivery vehicle
- Basic repairs and replacement of card lock equipment
- Fill customer propane bottles

**Minimum Requirements**
- High School Diploma
- Class 5 license
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Accountable and dependable
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Able to navigate using GPS
- Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Mechanical aptitude an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress
- Able to be on your feet for entire shift
- May need to lift or move heavy objects
- Ability to use a broom and/or snow shovel on a daily basis

**The Koch Fuel Petro-Pass is located at the Southwest corner of Highway 22 & 27.**

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
