**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for an account manager to oversee Maven’s portfolio of long term marketing and video clients. You’ll be Maven’s primary account manager within our marketing team and work to strengthen client relationships and manage projects through each stage of delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for a variety of ongoing marketing clients and video projects
- Strengthen client relationships through excellent customer service and ensure high-quality and successful project results.
- Translate client goals, objectives, and requirements into clear project briefs
- Establish and manage project scope (tasks, budgets and timelines), and communicate work plans to Maven team members
- Drive projects from start to finish ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high degree of quality.
- Assist in proofing content and providing creative feedback
- Manage relationships with Maven contractors and other external parties as required.
- Work with agency directors to identify marketing strategies and solutions, and assist in presenting these to clients
- Manage project contracts, budgets, expenses, and billing
- Assist with other general agency tasks as needed

**Your Skills**
- Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills including listening, writing, verbal communication, and the ability to translate complex information into simpler terms
- Capable of building and sustaining trust and good rapport among clients and colleagues
- Strong project management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage competing deliverables and deadlines across multiple projects and teams
- Ability to discern quality work, and ensure project deliverables meet client’s expectations.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and creative design
- Foundational understanding of video production, social media, digital marketing, analytics, and SEO/SEM
- Process-oriented, experience with process planning and development
- Adaptable, solution-focused, and strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure. Able to work with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change.
- Positive and optimistic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Strong business aptitude and presentation skills.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience as an account manager or project manager within an agency environment or similar role.
- Client or customer-facing experience

**Nice to Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Agency experience will be considered an asset
- Experience with Digital Advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and various social media platforms
- Experience in the video production or event industries
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Experience with the Google Suite
