**What you will be doing**
Hands on work, direction of maintenance staff, strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and excellent communication among the various hostel departments
Providing accommodation and services that meet both the customer's needs and HI-C-PM’s standards
Coordinating with external trades when necessary
Other duties as required

**What we look for**
- Previous experience with general labour, painting, dry wall repair, and minor plumbing
- A positive, can-do attitude, willing to approach all sorts of challenges
- Excellent communication and trouble-shooting skills
- You must also have the demonstrated ability to work in a supervisory role
