Vcitoria Hospital - ECG

Reporting to the Manager - Cardiac Non-Invasive & Outpatient Services, the individual is required to perform adult and paediatric electrocardiogram (ECG). The Department offers a wide range of diagnostic Cardiology procedures for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Temporary Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $31.65 per hour - $ 36.18 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours

Duration: June 16 2025

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a Cardiovascular Technology program
- Registered (or registration eligible) Technologist with Ontario Society of Cardiology Technologist (OSCT) or equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers course: BLS-HCP(C)
- Minimum one (1) year of previous related experience
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer, Outlook and Cardiac Information Databases
- Ability to function independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to manage change in a dynamic environment
- Physically fit and able to perform duties required in this fast-paced position
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC’s vision, purpose and values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
