Painter/helper

Our painting team is looking for motivated individuals to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting skilled painters in setup, moving materials, and cleanup.
- Prepping surfaces to be painted - sanding, taping/ Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting.
- Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, or using water and/or pressure washing.
- Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas.
- Work along side painters to make sure jobs are completed on time and at our high standard.
- Ensure site safety, completion of pre-use equipment inspections.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $14.00-$19.00 per hour

**Schedule**: **8 hour shift/ Monday to Friday**

- Brandon, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before or during work days. (Job site locations change frequently) (required)

**Experience**:

- Painting: 1 year (preferred)
