Content Creator

**The Content Creator **will be responsible for helping to develop and share content across Bay of Quinte social media and web platforms. They will act as a brand ambassador for the organization when interacting with individuals and businesses in the community.

If you love getting out to take great photos and video, writing clever captions and posting on social media we’d love to hear from you.

**Timeframe**:

- 8 weeks full time (35 hours/week)
- Start date: Monday, June 19th

**Tasks and responsibilities** will be related to marketing, communications, and public relations, driven by written and visual content, including:

- Content creation (blogs and social media)
- Photography and video for social media and some web use
- Visiting local businesses and events for content
- Assisting with social media planning, scheduling and management
- Other duties as required

Education and experience: the Content Creator will have post-secondary education or experience in a field relating to tourism, digital marketing, photography, video production, communications and/or public relations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Use of a personal vehicle
- Personal computer
- Personal phone or camera for capturing photos/video
