Bus Driver

Our Sherwood Park, AB, location is seeking a dynamic and experienced **bus driver** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Inspect the vehicle itself (e.g. fuel tank, windows, interiors)
- Comply with safety rules and regulations (e.g. seat width)
- Communicate with dealership managers about any important business issues
- Submit reports on events or occurrences that may affect transportation services

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bus Driver or similar position
- Knowledge of applicable state laws and driving regulations is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Valid Sherwood Park, AB Driver’s license with no recent violations.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina to drive long hours of time
- Clean driver's abstract
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Pass a Criminal Record Check including a vulnerable sector check
- Pass the required medical, drug, and alcohol testing
- Become "2S" endorsed after training

**You Are Responsible For**:

- Ensuring the safe & timely transportation of students to and from school
- Pre & Post-trip inspections
- Following all required protocols

The **bus driver **is responsible for maintaining safe and reliable transportation for our customers on their way to and from school. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bus, including the interior and all equipment.
