**Company Description**:
The On Premise Distribution Manager’s (OPDM) main priorities are to develop and implement the national distribution strategy, oversee the development and implementation of impactful sales tools, and create the necessary training/on boarding programs and tools for internal and DP field teams in the On Premise channel. You will continuously drives for maximum account coverage in the On Premise channel in order to maximize sales and volume whilst establishing strong relationships with Distribution Partners. This strategy needs to be profitable, efficient and ensures a continuous development of our brand in the On Premise channel.

**REGIONAL OBJECTIVES**

Grow volume and distribution (horizontal and vertical) in Eastern Canada through effective management of Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force.

Establish an annual business plan with Distribution Partners and Broadliners based on the strategic priorities and objectives of Red Bull Canada.

Develop effective processes and communication practices with distribution management to achieve Red Bull goals through their sales force.

Achieve the business plan targets for volume and distribution for the On Premise channel.

Maintain and ensure the correct stock levels with each Distribution Partners and Broadliners.

**STRATEGY & PLANNING**

Provide a long-term (3+ years) distribution model for Eastern Canada.

Create a Business Plan with the Distribution Partner and Broadliners and its Sale Force grow distribution the long-term for the country.

Create and develop a strong commercial plan to grow distribution & SKU listing in the On Premise and Food service account Universe via the Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force.

Create the annual Joint Business Plan with Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force.

Perform the annual sales and distribution forecast for each Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force along with the proposed investment.

Attend and ensure Red Bulls presence at Food shows by hosting a booth to engage partners.

**SALES MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP**

Lead by example and devotes a minimum of three days per month for a market visits & ‘work withs’ with Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force Representatives to stay connected to the market.

Prepare and run effective team meetings with Distribution Partner and Broadliners and its Sale Force senior management to ensure the correct execution of all the agreed strategies and sales driving initiatives.

Encourage ad hoc action plans for their Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force companies in order to ensure the long-term development distribution, volume & brand.

Lead his/her team by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential.

**ANALYSIS**

Analyze the available market data from reliable data sources to find gaps or opportunities, by region, in distribution & SKU listings.

Obtain all sales out data (depletions) from Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force companies and analyze this information to measure performance, improve forecasting & quantify all Pay for Performance remuneration.

**ADMINISTRATION**

Correct management of the yearly regional distribution budget and the control of all free goods.

On a quarterly basis prepares, organizes and executes review meetings with all Distribution Partners and Broadliners and its Sale Force companies to evaluate Performance vs Joint Business Plan Objectives & then agree on action plans.

**Qualifications**:
5+ years’ Distribution and/or Supplier experience in Canada (Beverage Industry preferred)
Outstanding sales experience with a record of accomplishment in Consumer Goods industry.

Successful track record in leading, managing and Distribution partners & Broadliners (3+ years).

Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen & excellent communication skills.

Excellent negotiator and influencer.

Highly developed analytical skills (Sales & Customer Data).

Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies.

Valid driver's License.
