HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

R.P. Hawboldts Machining and Hydraulics is seeking a permanent, full time, highly motivated individual with exceptional skills as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic being detailed in the disassembly and reassembly of equipment.

Requirements (But not limited too)
- Ability and willingness to produce quality work
- Completion of Community College or Technical Courses
- Good verbal and written communications
- Well organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Being knowledgeable and experienced with different fits, pre-loads, bearing installations, fitting of components, etc.
- Being in good health
- Having Good attendance
- Willingness to complete the task at hand
- Mind set to follow processes and furnish required documentation.

Experience in the following would be considered an asset (But not a requirement):

- Machining
- Knowledge of different lubricants
- Welding
- Basic Electrical
- Gear Box refurbishing

Job Description ( But not limited to)
- Testing of mechanical and hydraulic components.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble Mechanical and Hydraulic equipment.
- Recording of required reports,
- Preventive maintenance
- Trouble Shooting.
