Sustainable Mobility Partner

Mission : The Sustainable Mobility Partner's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key customers, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential customers.

Position Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key customers.

The Sustainable Mobility Partner's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key customers, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential customers.

On top of the key account manager’s roles, Sustainable Mobility Partner sustains and nurtures solid relationships with key Government agencies and large corporations who are our customer’s customers. The roles are focusing around communicating sustainability, TCO and other relevant values of Michelin to major stakeholders and influence the decisions around RFP of our end customers. The sustainable mobility partner utilizes company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key customers’ long-term goals.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. You always keep yourself updated with sustainability related topics and regulations topics and trends, especially governmental and international regulations on sustainability. Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.

Sustainable Mobility Partner Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers that bring in the most income for the company.- Valorize Michelin Products, Services and solutions focusing not only on the tires overall quality and performance but also the environmental footprint and influence decision of key stakeholders on RFP.- Acting as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams.- Communicating and collaborating with related departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.- Developing a thorough understanding of key customers’ needs and requirements, then preparing customized solutions.- Negotiating contracts with key customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer’s long-term goals.- Lead change management

Key Account Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management.- The ability to build rapport with key customers.- Possession of high level of business knowledge and acumen- The ability to handle multiple customer accounts.- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.- Ability to mobilize resources within the organization.- Exceptional customer service skills.- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
