Willtrade Commodities Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced **Logistics Coordinator** to join our team at our **Orangeville**, ON office. - **About the Position**_**:The Logistics Coordinator located in Orangeville, Ontario is responsible for coordination of all aspects of the inbound/outbound logistics, required to meet all internal requirements and customer delivery necessities, achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. The position will also require proficient, correct, timely and safe execution of the following daily work tasks:

- Produce and maintain customs documentation for all Willtrade shipments.
- Monitor outbound and inbound shipments in consultation with our sales team, outside warehouses and customers.
- Chicken quota administration, allocation and reconciliation
- Responsible to oversee LTL, FTL & FCL of Fresh & Frozen Meat products.
- Responsible to oversee inbound shipment from local and international vendors.
- Investigate and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking requests or provision of proof of delivery and claims.
- Interface with freight carriers, 3PL’s, customs clearance agents, and Freight Forwarders.
- Adjust shipment methods based on customers preferences and demands.
- Maintain organized and accessible files of all documents, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Review with accounts payable payment of freight invoices for accuracy and compliance to quoted rates.
- Internal communication with sales & administration of freight invoices that require billing to customers.
- Support collection of data and reporting of costs for outbound/inbound shipment movement as required by sales team.
- Other duties as assigned
- Post-Secondary education in business or supply chain management with experience in international logistics and/or international trade is ideal.
- Minimum 3 plus years technical experience in logistics with international logistics exposure and/or experience in international trade
- Logistics experience in the Food industry is preferred
- Expertise with INCO terms, and current knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of business accounting
- Working knowledge and experience in current international trade, export regulations procedures, and a willingness to continue education in this discipline as necessary
