We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our products. **We will be working alone in a mall showroom and working weekends. Days off will be Tuesday & Wednesday.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong customer focus, friendly and helpful personality, while building an ongoing relationship with customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a customer-first mentality.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience.
- Must be a team player.
- Flooring experience is a must.
- Deal with irate customers.
- Calculate discounts and sell products.
- Strive to achieve targets.
- Learn company policies.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
