Disc Jockey

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Having your own DJ equipment and setup is a perk, but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is a must for all gigs, must be able to transport DJ equipment.
- Experience as a DJ at family dances, school dances, weddings, outdoor events and corporate events is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a versatile music collection that appeals to a wide range of event styles and themes.
- Set up, operate, and pack down sound equipment, including mixers, speakers, and other DJ gear.
- Adapt to the audience’s energy and preferences to keep the dance floor alive.
- Work closely with event organizers to understand their music preferences and event plans.
- Ensure your equipment is fully functional before every performance and troubleshoot any technical issues during events.
- Represent yourself and the company with professionalism and enthusiasm when interacting with clients and attendees.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Prior experience as a DJ is mandatory, especially with the event types listed.
- Strong knowledge of various music genres and the ability to cater to different audiences.
- Proficiency in using DJ software and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and guests.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as events demand.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
