**Schedule**
- Flex-time required, various shift scheduling and on-call.

**Salary**
- $85,000 - $115,000 per year.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily work and set priorities of Supervisors, building technicians, tradespeople, and Contractor Services to ensure compliance at the site as per service agreements;
- Monitor client-focused KPIs, and overdue work orders;
- Enforcing quality standards and safe work practices, ensuring compliance of LOTO policies;
- Build strong client relationships, notifying client staff of site emergencies or equipment safety concerns;
- Participate in regular meetings with the client, support teams, supervisors, and maintain detailed work records in databases;
- Ensure that work requests are adequately addressed and resolved;
- Perform daily and weekly inspection of facility to ensure smooth operations and conduct risk assessments to identify possible hazard around the premises;
- Offer technical advice and recommendations to a maintenance team to ensure an efficient workforce;
- Lead "Breakdown Analysis Reports" for Major or Repetitive Breakdowns, find root causes and create action items to systemically close the gaps;
- Maintain spare part inventory using available resources to continuously minimize downtime and organize Maintenance Workshops;
- Direct and lead maintenance staff in everyday scheduling, preventative maintenance, repair of all facility equipment and resolve equipment related issues;
- Maintain a working relationship with union delegates to promote a positive workplace environment;
- Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues;
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or third-party service environment;
- A background in trades (e.g., millwright, electrician), mechanical or electrical Engineering is considered an asset;
- Consistently demonstrates commitment to quality, safety, respect, and professionalism;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong computer skills and Google proficiency;
- Strong organization, leadership, and time-management skills;
- Solid knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation and best practices;
- Knowledge of 5S methods and workplace organization standards;
- Experience working in a unionized environment;
- Accreditation, tickets, and/or licensing with regulatory bodies (ESA, TSSA, CWB).
