Whether it’s upgrading/renovation/tenant improvement and existing restaurant, retrofits or new construction, we manage all aspects of the construction projects - from the design stage through construction and the final finish prior to turning over the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of maintenance workers and assign them tasks
- Perform repair work on facilities, equipment, and fixtures
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train and develop maintenance staff

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different weather conditions

**It is an asset to have experience in the following areas**:

- Flooring
- Millwork
- Drywall
- Doors and windows
- Interior and exterior paint
- Experience with plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- Knowledge of commercial codes, city hall
- Be able to read blueprints
- Troubleshooting and solving issues efficiently
