**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that security provisions have been followed and the completeness of the student record is demonstrated when issuing transcripts and marks
- As the issuer of official transcripts at Lakeland College, the incumbent requires an in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Administration and also an understanding of past record keeping practices as requests for transcripts may range between current students to alumni that attended more than fifty years ago
- Adhere to the guiding principles of the Freedom of Information/Protection of Privacy legislation and the college’s own procedures regarding confidentiality
- Counselling facilitators, advisors and students on procedures relating to grades, drops, student progress, data gathering, and registration for the Sustainable Energy Technology, seven Human Services online programs and Emergency Training Centre (ETC)
- Highly organized and have the ability to process information received from business facilitators as it relates to customer service and work with departments to improve registration and payment services, or relay concerns and issues with delivery
- Deal with a wide diversity of students and situations; young and inexperienced to mature and demanding, special needs to sophisticated learners, on-line registration, in-person, by phone
- Work along different business models; cohort driven versus individual registration

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in a related field
- Three years’ correlating experience
- Full working knowledge of office administration procedures and operational practices
- Proficient keyboard and proof reading skills
- Ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks with a constantly changing environment

**Additional Information**:
This is a Full-time Permanent AUPE appointment on the Vermilion campus commencing June 12, 2023. The current salary range is $44,015 - $55,471 per annum and includes a generous benefit package and pension plan.
