**We Offer**:

- Contractual consultant position. Hours will vary according to the workload and the calendars of various grant programs.

**Your Challenges and Functions**:

- Explore and understand our clients’ growth (or grant-eligible) projects
- Understand a selection of grants to effectively explain them to clients and verify their eligibility
- Research government websites and engage with officials to build relationships, in order to identify grants that are either currently funded or will be available soon
- Document and organize the information gathered or learned about the grants and the stakeholders
- Gauge government officials’ interest in the project and the availability of funds
- Ensure compliance with Emergex deadlines, methodology, processes, and quality standards
- Earn clients’ trust and obtain their collaboration
- In summary, help our clients secure as much funding as possible

**Your Profile**:

- You must be able to handle intense bursts of efficient work followed by quieter periods. When a grant opens, it is often a matter of days before the funds are fully committed and it closes
- Results-oriented, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Highly organized, attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, autonomous, proactive, efficient, and flexible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Interpersonal skills to enrich relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience in client relationship management and project coordination
- College studies in administration, commerce or equivalent experience

**Asset**:

- Work experience in an SME, preferably a professional services firm
- Valid driver’s license for occasional client visits
