Knowledge and Experience
- High School or College diploma.
- 1-year of purchasing or inventory management experience.
- Possess working knowledge of procurement processes, expediting, inspection, document control, customs, and logistics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office, Word, Excel etc. (ERP experience an asset)
- Results oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep track of all incoming materials and parts, and ensure materials arrive on time.
- Record purchases, maintain and organize all paperwork and documentation that is received with orders and product/services.
- Perform a physical count of inventory and create a master inventory list to be reconciled weekly against actual stock count.
- Unpack shipments and place products in designated stocking locations.
- Maintain inventory min max levels.
- Assist with vendor management and maintain good working relationships
- Coordinate with accounting/finance on receiving issues
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend options for increasing efficiencies.
- Support Purchasing department and functions, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Positive attitude and willingness to get the job done at a high level of accuracy.
