We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Dursun Farm Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our produce meets regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of crops, fruits, and vegetables at various stages of production, harvesting, and packaging.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality, freshness, and appearance according to established standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any deviations or defects in products, packaging, or processes.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with farm managers, supervisors, and other team members to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document inspection findings, test results, and quality records accurately and timely.
- Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and customers regarding quality requirements and specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in farming operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within the agriculture or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software preferred.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons as needed.

**Salary**: $54,832.00 per year
