Robinson Show Services Inc. is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to work in our Palgrave Warehouse and on site for set up and tear down of events.

**You must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends. **

You must be a self starter with drive and ambition, great attention to detail, able to work independently and anticipate next job requirements. We are also looking for those with an excellent work history indicating a minimum of two years with the same company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lifting and moving products within the warehouse by hand and with equipment,
- Shipping and Receiving of products, following all proper procedures,
- Liaising with operations staff regarding products to be pulled for upcoming events,
- Cleaning all products and ensuring each is in good order before they go out to any event,
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and separating any damage or broken products,
- Monitor and track all damaged products including time lines for replacements or repairs,
- Daily; keeping warehouse clean, removing all debris from warehouse,
- At all times, ensuring the warehouse is safe for all employees to walk through,
- Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal
- Loading and Unloading Trucks,
- Install and dismantle rental equipment and service trade shows and events as required,
- Work closely with drivers and warehouse team to complete any tasks required,
- Communicate and support Robinson Show Services policy, rules and regulations, along with Fire Regulations to customers, attendees and exhibitors,
- Must be in RSS clothing, clean shaven (for men) with a professional appearance always.

Qualifications/Skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.,
- Strong attention to detail
- Forklift License
- Good, common sense problem solving ability,
- Able to work independently and trouble shoot, quickly, effectively and efficiently,
- Self-motivated and can work with little supervision,
- Must be fluent in ENGLISH, both written and oral
- Excellent Communication skills,
- MUST be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends,
- A friendly, positive attitude with good people skills,
- Accountable, Reliable and Dependable with excellent work ethic,
- Able to work on feet for long periods of time,
- Comfortable working outdoors as required,
- Ability to pass a criminal background check,
- **Must be Eligible to Work in Canada without restriction.**

**General Information**:
**Location/Intersection: Highway 9 & Concession Road 3 - Own vehicle required (No Transit available)**
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Part time/Fulltime

**MUST be able to work Flexible Schedule including, Days, Evenings and Weekends**
