Masstown Movement Fitness is looking to hire a full time/part time Group Fitness Instructor

**Your role**:

- Plan classes in advance and come to each session prepared and full of positive energy and motivation
- Ability to coach and bring out the best in others
- be a team player
- Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts.
- Working in a fast-paced group fitness setting
- Multitasking to ensure that all class participants have a high-quality experience
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Ensuring members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused
- Knowledge of equipment and ability to demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment planned for every workout
- Thoroughly clean all equipment; immediately report any maintenance needs. Ensure the gym is clean, tidy, and ready for class

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
