Elite window cleaning is growing and looking for positive people who enjoy the outdoors to join our team Since opening in April 2012, Elite Window Cleaning has grown to be one of the largest window cleaning companies headquartered in South Eastern Ontario.

Our professional team cleans more than 1000 residential homes and over 100 high-rise and commercial properties each year. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company.

**The Position**: Window Cleaning Technician
- Want to take their career to the next level. All of our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2024 season.
- Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Elite start at a minimum of $18/hr
+ tips.
- Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
- Want to work at a growing company. Elite Window Cleaning has opened multiple locations across Ontario as well as Halifax, Calgary and Vancouver. As we continue to open locations across Canada, we want to provide our employees with exciting opportunities.
- Want to work outside and in a team environment on a daily basis.
- Are self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible.

**What You Will Do**:

- Complete exterior and interior window cleaning jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excel in a team environment.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
- Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

**What You Will Get**:

- A consistent 8am-4pm schedule and potential for overtime.

**Contract length**:Contract length is dependent on start date, we are a seasonal business so the contract length can range. Please contact us to learn more.
