Northern Peak HR is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Chipper Operator with one of its clients:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate equipment that chips wood in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate equipment safely in various terrain and situations.
- Communicate effectively by radio and other communication devices.
- Maintain, clean, lubricate and refuel equipment
- Complete all required documentation (pre-use inspections checklists)

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced Heavy Equipment operator in a Forestry setting
- Certified Chipper Operator (MHEO) is preferred
- Valid G driver’s license
- Reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33.52 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- MHEO - Chipper Operator Certificate (preferred)
- MHEO - Chipper Operator Registered (required)
