**Red Wireless is looking for a driven, high energy, goal oriented person to become the new full time Store Manager to join our team. We are looking consistently looking to grow our brand and are in search of someone who can take us to the next level.**

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in managing in a sales position. Wireless experience an asset. Only those considered for interview will be contacted, A post-secondary degree in the business field is a strong asset, Ability to travel occasionally in Canada.
Strong leadership skills, A passion for the wireless industry and knowledge of wireless communication products and wireless networks

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
As a Wireless Store Manager, you will lead, monitor, and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of our organization. You will motivate and inspire your team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility. You will drive sales and provide excellent customer service in all that you do.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS**:
Performance and well being of everyone on your team
Accountable for RED WIRELESS minimum standards and maintain excellent customer service
Hiring and firing of staff on your team, including onboarding, and training.
Master each new product and service that is introduced into the market.

Cultivate customer connections and offer tailored advice on optimal choices in phones, plans, accessories, home internet, and protection plans to meet their requirements.
Achievement of your sales goals along with setting goals for each member of your team
Manage inventory
Scheduling shifts for team members.
Ensure all paperwork (invoicing, contracts, etc) is up-to-date and accurate
Shipping/receiving duties as needed
Participate in weekly coaching sessions aimed at enhancing both your sales acumen and understanding of the wireless industry.

Establish a clientele base that relies on you for all their telecommunications activation needs.
Ensure daily RED WIRELESS store checklists are getting done
Manage and create operational budgets, and maintain them
Help with the development of policies and procedure

**Preference**:
Previous involvement in a managerial capacity within the realms of retail sales, hospitality, or the service sector.

Proficiency in leading a sales team, providing effective training to ensure their success, and maintaining their adherence to standards of work ethic, performance, and company protocols.

Demonstrated inventiveness in sales strategies including upselling, generating referral sales, and cultivating networks.

Compensation: Salary + Commission + Bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,500.00-$39,000.00 per year
