Job description

Cellutrak is looking for a sales administrator to support our sales team and in-house customers. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can speak comfortably in English and French with new and existing customers in order to obtain required documentation and any additional requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, receive and follow-up on contracts
- Verifying orders, including customer information and payment details
- Develop relationships with customers
- Expediting orders internally
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Updating internal CRM
- Assist A/R with collections when needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven admin experience for 2+ years
- Experience working with medium and large enterprises
- Fully Bilingual
- Well versed in Microsoft office and docusign
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English and French
- Time management and organizational skills
- Team player

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
