Duties:

- Assist the Certified Lead Trainer in providing dog training services to clients, including basic obedience training, behavior modification, and specialized training programs
- Assist the lead trainer to conduct one-on-one training sessions with dogs and their owners
- Assess and evaluate dogs' behavior and temperament to assist in developing personalized training plans
- Exclusively utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors in dogs
- Monitor and track progress of dogs' training and provide feedback to owners
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and client information

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in dog training or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior, training techniques, and breed characteristics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina for assisting in the handling of large or energetic dogs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Note: This position does not involve pet sitting, pet grooming, or heavy lifting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
