Seasonal Key Holder / Supervisor—Job Opportunity
- Holy Mackerel—A Whimsical Maritime Emporium_—will open in May 2023 in iconic Peggy’s Cove. This exciting new retail shop will feature a curated collection of high-end crafts and other products by Atlantic Canadian artisans, showcasing the best the region has to offer to Nova Scotians as well as to the more than many 750,000 visitors from around the world who travel to Peggy’s Cove each year.
- Experience in retail best practices, including point-of-sale systems (_Square_ is an asset), customer service, and merchandising.
- The ability to work independently while fostering a respectful team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with both staff and customers.
- The desire to meet or exceed seasonal sales goals and the skill to motivate other team members to do the same.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.
- Holy Mackerel—A Whimsical Maritime Emporium_ will be open to the public from mid-May to early November, with possible weekend openings until mid-December.

Schedule: TBD—will include weekdays and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
