Triton Environmental Consultants Ltd. (“Triton”) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic project manager to join a well-established team of air quality and/or environmental noise assessment professionals to fill the position of** Intermediate Project Manager.**

Triton’s Air Quality and Environmental Noise Assessment team is growing, and we are looking for additional support. **THE ROLE**
- Planning, organizing, and managing a diverse array of projects, people, and tasks
- Liaising and negotiating with other partners, clients, regulators, contractors, and sub-contractors
- Writing high-quality reports, cost estimates, and proposals
- Creating project status reports and maintaining project documentation
- Leading air quality and noise technical staff to ensure the quality, cost, and timeliness of deliverables
- Providing mentorship and training for our environmental professional team
- Providing excellent service to existing clients and maintaining those relationships
- Supporting corporate business development initiatives
- Ensuring client’s and Triton’s safety standards are maintained or exceeded
- Working collaboratively within Triton corporate culture

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or diploma in a related field (environmental sciences or engineering, biology, agrology, ecology)
- Accreditation or eligibility for accreditation with professional governing body recognized in BC, AB, or SK (i.e., P.Eng., AScT., etc.)
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in one or both of air quality and environmental noise consulting
- Knowledge of and experience with environmental standards, and regulations or guidelines and federal and provincial regulations
- Demonstrated experience in project management (i.e., budgeting, project tracking, cost-accounting, and scope control) and with the leadership and supervision of project teams
- Intermediate to expert in your abilities with desktop software (Word, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint)
- Effective writing skills, and ability to produce meaningful reports and proposals
- Superbly organized and self-managed, with a collaborative working style
- Strong problem solver able to address challenges with effective solutions that improve systems and/or relationships, and with the ability to think outside the box
- Previous experience in the environmental consulting industry is an asset
